Accessibility statement

Go Care is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disability. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at Level AA.

What we do to keep this site accessible

  • Text and buttons meet WCAG 2.2 AA colour contrast requirements.
  • Every interactive element can be used with a keyboard, and keyboard focus is always visible.
  • A "Skip to main content" link is provided on every page.
  • Headings follow a logical order, and every image has descriptive alt text.
  • Every form field has a label, and errors are announced clearly.
  • Text can be enlarged up to 200% using the "A+" text-size button in the header, or your browser's zoom, without content being cut off.
  • Animations respect your device's reduced-motion setting.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or videos, may not yet be fully accessible. If you encounter a barrier we have missed, please tell us and we will fix it or provide the information another way.

Ask for help or an alternative format

If any information on this site is hard to access, we can provide it in another format, such as large print, Easy English, plain text email, or read out over the phone. Use the form below, or contact us directly.

Enforcement

We take accessibility seriously. If you report a problem and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Australian Human Rights Commission. This statement was last reviewed in October 2026.
