Understanding the NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme gives people with disability more choice and control over their services and supports. If you are new to the scheme, here is how the journey works — and where Go Care fits in.

Aged care
Support at Home, Australia's new aged care program
Support at Home is the new in-home aged care system for older Australians, replacing Home Care Packages with a clearer, more flexible model. It is built around choice and transparency — so you can plan support that keeps you safe, comfortable and independent in your own home. We proudly deliver Support at Home services in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. Already on a Home Care Package? We will guide you gently through the change.

Fees and charges
Support at Home pricing
Transparent pricing for aged care services under the Support at Home program. NDIS supports are priced separately.
How to read this
- Your classification (1 to 8) comes from your aged care assessment. If you're not sure which applies, call us and we'll help.
- The care management fee is 10% of your quarterly budget and covers [what it covers].

Minimum 2 hour booking, charged per hour unless otherwise stated. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise the full fee applies. Respite care fees may be adjusted with consultation and mutual consent.

The care management fee covers updating care plans and home care agreements, making sure services match your care needs, and giving you a contact point for any questions. Fees are adjusted yearly.

| Travel (per km) | $1.00 |
Allied health (physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy), home modifications, handyman, equipment and lawn mowing are provided by quote. Kilometre charges cover all travel done with or for the client. Third-party overheads are capped at 10% of assistive technology cost or $500 (whichever is lower), and 15% of home modification cost or $1,500 (whichever is lower).
NDIS pricing
NDIS supports are charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We provide a clear service agreement and quote before any support starts.
